1.Can I try on before I made purchases?
We do not provide any try on service at the moment.

2.If I choose to self collect my order, when and where could I do it?
Self collection is available at Bukit Panjang Plaza.
You are advised to use postage if the location is not convenient for you.
Postage charges can be found in our "instruction" page.
We encourage you to transfer the money over to us first so that we can reserve your items for you.

3.How to go to Bukit Panjang Plaza? Is there any bus i can take?
You can take bus 171,176,177,180,187,190,960,963,970,975.
Or you can take MRT to Jurong East and transfer at middle link to Chua Chu Kang,then change with LRT to Bukit Panjang Station.

4.When can I receive my items once I have made my order?
Items will be sent out once we have received the payment(for ready stock items)
Item will be sent out once we have received the items from supplier,normally 10 days after we made the order (for spree items)
You can usually receive your item/s within 2-3 working days from each postage days..
As there are limited quantities available, you are encouraged to make your payment early to reserve your items.

5.Many of your items are sold out. Will you be restocking them?
We restock our sold out items on a random basis only, depending on the stocks availability on our supplier side.
In order to provide better customer service, we have ceased to do back orders or preordering service.
Do look back at our website often as we update our stocks twice a month.


6.Can I exchange the items if the colours are not as what i thought?
We do not entertain exchanges of any sort as we checked through the clothing carefully before sending them out.
Also, do take note that slight differences in the colours may occur due to lighting issues. Exchanges are not allowed if the colours of these accessories are different from shown in the pictures.

7.Do you do delivery to other countries?
Yes, we do delivery to other countries.
Payment can be made through Singapore banks transfer.
Credit cards payments can be made through paypal.
For Malaysia customers, we accept western union transfers.
